I have only seen the series with the Finnish dub that is... shall we say, somewhat risqué in some of its localised nordic humour. At least, I would assume the American original VO doesn't joke about dildos. I'd imagine my score would be lower for the original dub. But the Finnish one was golden and integral part of the 90's kids upbringing.

This score is mostly for the frankly unbelievable and probably mostly improvised Finnish dub that contains an abundance of moderately backhanded verbal depravity and more pop-culture references & post-modern puns than Deadpool. There's definitely some kind of mad creativity involved. The already kinda out-there animation supports this approach well. No way this shit could fly in today's kids program.

A TMNT knockoff that had a few good characters and ideas, but not enough to really float a series.
