It was waiting more from a story of Stephen King. Very weak, it has no suspense.

Though Stephen King, not a favorite for me. This is an odd one. However, I was still interested to see the outcome. Strange happenings in a small desert town.

Silly. Not one of the strongest King books, so makes sense the movie verions is weak. Some pretty wooden acting , only Perlman seems to be earning his paycheck.

Got me pretty scared! /great story by Stephen King and well done by Mick Garris who, thank god, stayed at the traditional interpretation!/

Stephen King always amazes me when he mixes religion in the many wonders of his works. As the saying goes, Good shall always triumph over Evil! One of his better movies and great casting ensamble as well. I was greatly pleased with how this movie had turned out.

Okay adaptation of the story, should've been much better.

Really does not quite manage to pull off the "so bad it's good". I can only suggest that somebody screwed up the editing as there are some quite large holes in the progression. There is a fair old bit of wasted potential here.
