Oh, my dog! So bad! I loved it as a kid. Highlights: only other dogs and... the catholic mexican maid recognize the puppy's evilness; the father travels all the way to the mountains of Ecuador to meet an old indian hermit sage who tells him to... read his Bible. Also: german shepherd in a wig and horns.

A terribly slow bore about a DEVIL DOG that really doesn't do anything devilish. He catches a frisbee sometimes. He follows people around. He is great with kids. He uses demonic mind powers to try and make his owner put his hand in a lawnmower. OK, maybe that last one is kind of devil-related, but that's really the extent of it. The average cat is more evil than that.

Just read that summary. The film is worse than that. The dad even goes to 'Equador' to stare for hours at some picture on a rock for no particular reason. And that dog hardly does anything evil. It doesn't even physically kill anyone.. Poor Mr. Woffles, SO unfair

There is no excuse for watching this... except maybe that scene when the dog uses his dog mind powers to get a guy to stick his hand into a lawnmower... almost.

A very goofy movie that feels like what it is, a very quick, cheaply made for TV Movie from the 70s.

Pretty awful made for TV film. It's somewhat charming in its cheesiness, especially the horrible effects of the dog in its demonic form.
