Fear City: New York vs the Mafia

Engaging and educational if a bit elongated.

Another style over substance Netflix documentary series, with barely enough material for one episode but somehow dragged out to three. A big fuss is made over the recordings even though we only ever hear a handful of them, and the rest is not much more than a back-slap for the police and prosecutors. Time passes quickly enough, only after everything's over do you realise what a waste of your own it was: 20 minutes reading up on Wikipedia is far more enlightening.
