Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid

A continuation of the action-oriented original series (as opposed to the more comedic Fumoffu). Basically more of the same, but the freshness is gone, and the central will-they-or-won't-they romance goes nowhere.

A strong sequel to the first series that decided to eschew the first series' balance of comedy, romance, action and drama for melodrama and espionage. While I didn't enjoy this as much as I did the first series its still really good and at times captivating. Oh and the main baddie in this was annoying and helped drop my rating a bit.

Not as fun as the original series but by god I loved how Sousuke's and Chidori's relationship developed. I still squeal when I think about the usually calm and collected Sousuke smashing his fist through a computer screen because he's not allowed to be with Chidori anymore. :')
