Heroin: Cape Cod, USA

Harrowing, but in the way that HBO loves to stick its nose in misery. So many close-ups of needles in arms that begin to feel leering. Ultimately it reaffirms its good intentions though, to let these people tell their stories and to warn others of what addiction can do.

Though upsetting, seeing these real young people struggle with addiction is very eye-opening.
