Bruce Lee was not the grandfather of MMA.

A pleasant Bruce Lee retrospective for Spike TV. Most of the interviewees that didn't know Bruce personally add nothing more substantive than "Uhh Bruce Lee was cool". A sizable portion of the movie is taken up by a discussion of Bruce Lee as the father of MMA. I did like Ed O'Neill's appearance (who is apparently a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu black belt).

Comprehensive and honest documentary, even if the choice of interviewees may seem a bit odd from time to time (I'm looking at you "Taboo" from Black Eyed Peas)

When they have Kobe Briant (Yes, the basketball player) listed as a "Martial artist" you have to wonder what the hell is going on...

Fascinating, but more because I know so little about him than for the quality of the documentary. It felt unbalanced, more like a praise than an objective look into the person and the life he led.
