Lake Placid 2

Atrociously horrible movie. John Scheider has the worst hair I've seen outside of Nicholas Cage but that's only the tip of the iceberg. The script is horrendous and almost every single exchange between the characters feels unnatural and stale. The acting is incredibly lackluster and generic. The special effects are absolutely horrendous and the camera work is generic and completely uninspired. This lacks all the humourous charm the original had, absolute waste of time.

"Follow the basic "killer croc" template if you must, fellas, but jeez, would it kill you to try something even remotely different?"

It wasn't so much a monster movie as it was monster movie flavoured soya pieces. Rubbish.

Bad Movie

Sad thing is I've probably watched this 3 or so times on late night Sci-Fi channel while I have insomnia.
