Rupa u dusi

An irreverent, anarchic and tragicomic patchwork of a documentary on Yugoslavia, Hollywood and the director’s inexistence located somewhere between the two. It features the Mostar Bridge, over the Neretva, both by showing old diving footage and by showing its destruction during the Bosnian War, and it also sails under the bridges in Belgrade that cross the Danube, and in this way it might be thought of as a prelude to another unusual documentary that would premiere a decade later.

a strange and affecting little mixture of autobiography, cinema and history.
