Samurai Jack

Despite never being my favorite animated show as a child, I remember this series far better than most from this era. It has great style and just enough substance to keep you interested.

The art direction in this is beyond what you would expect for fast paced cartoon. the backdrops are works of art, the stories are thoughtful and entertaining and the action is theatrical. A great series.

Çocukluğumun en sevdiğim çizgi dizilerinden biridir.Saatini beklediğim,saati gelince izleyip bir dahaki bölümü sabırsızlıkla beklediğim dizi.

The premise is ripped off Frank Miller's Ronin and a few episodes are a bit dull. Aku's new voice in Season 5 pales compared to the original (Mako's). Otherwise a respectful samurai tale in the future, filled with homages (chambara, kung-fu pian, Conan the Barbarian, 300, Sin City, Terminator, Lone Wolf and Cub, ... ), displaying a mastery rarely achieved in Western animated series (colors, framing, action, ...).

This was the shit as a kid.

1. sezon 75, 2. sezon 70, 3.sezon 70, 4. sezon 70, 5. sezon 75.

Never watched too too much of this, and it was a long time ago, but I do remember enjoying it. The newer season is a bit of a mixed bag.

style>substance, but looks nice
