Survivorman

Stroud isn't the most entertaining, but being stranded in the wild for a week alone, and then telling everyone about it probably isn't the funnest of times. He's knowledgeable and gives realistic easy to remember tips on surviving rather than the overdramatized schlock on 90 percent of other survival shows.

I wouldn't call myself a fan of the survival show genre, but I do love this one. One of the lessons is that psychological stamina is a necessity for survival as much as anything else.

Survival shows don't really interest me, but at least this one was real.
