This film follows the story of Norliss as he investigates the case of the vampire who is actually an amalgam of every one of the Beatles and every one in the Blue Man Group, running around in a suit yelling at people with his arms flailing.

Grading on a curve & assuming any love for this is because of nostalgia & producer Dan Curtis who did deliver alot of tv horror classics. Had I seen this as a kid back in the 70's I would have loved it but as an adult the flaws are clear. Despite all the ghoul attacks in the middle & end holding my attention, the slow 70's TV pacing is a slog for the first 20 minutes & the climax to the compelling mystery is designed for visual impact not sense. & the end is a WTF? The script needed Matheson.

I found this quite entertaining but this felt like it should've been part of an anthology, as such even though the pacing was fast it was too long. Also, the story itself felt like it was lifted directly from the creator's earlier Night Stalker series. Briskly done, although there are a few fairly familiar totems along the way.
