Todd and the Book of Pure Evil

At first I thought it was going to be some lame high school drama with a lame horror element, but what I got was a crude and politically incorrect show with an awesome premise(I'm a sucker for genie like enigma's that intentionally misconstrue and fuck over people's wishes) that doesn't take itself too seriously. I also like how pretty much everyone who is a victim of the book dies or at least gets punished in some ridiculous, ironic way, even if they're not terrible people.

This is one of my guilty pleasures that I would only rarely recommend. The humor, SFX, and writing are all intentionally so-bad-it's-good / fully camp, with stellar commitment to every bit, and a few masterfully crafted moments. Almost every joke appeals to my sense of humor so I often bust a gut laughing every rewatch. Most importantly, the writing rarely repeats, with excellent escalation throughout the two seasons.
