I enjoyed this more than Mr. Show. It's still super creative and doesn't have the same aging-poorly problems as Mr. Show. But it still isn't laugh-out-loud funny that often. It's a shame Episode 3 has been pulled from Netflix because it's by far the best episode of the series. Memorable sketches - real-time / real time travel machine, Odenkirk having a resolution to become the Pope, Better Roots, c*nt agent, heaven is for realz, and Waif Nickelson who is a great skier because he hates it.

The hits are incredible, but there's too many misses imo

Loved seeing the cast back together but it pales in comparison to the original. Still better than 90 percent of comedies out there today.

Some obvious low points, but about two or three big laughs per episode, which is IMO more or less what Mr. Show managed. Love the opening titles. (Note: binged upon release.)

Disappointing return, made even more disappointing that the first episode is great and matches the quality of Mr Show. But the second episode is fucking horrendous, and the following two are a bit mediocre. This show may just not be a good idea, as the humour in Mr Show was really in tune with the time and culture it was released in -- this show, not so much (if they had the same targets that South Park do these days, that'd be a winning combination).
