Half Light

Demi Moore has lost every single capability to show emotion, and to choose (at least) decent scripts.

It feels like I've seen the same kind of story many times before. The novelty was the setting, and it was pretty much the first 1/3 of the movie plus the nice landscape that made me give a score of almost passing grade.

Don't go into this expecting a horror, because it's not really, or rather there's some very light and sparse horror elements. The first half is mostly a straight drama/romantic drama. It kind of turns from a grief story into a romantic drama in the 1st half, and i don't think it really succeeds in that. Plus, not much makes sense, and the film kinda falls apart in the 2nd half.

The dead man walking was a clear thing from the start, but all twists in the end of the movie were mostly irritating. This film did not give me anything.

This movie's last third turns this otherwise engaging movie into a cliched and generic thriller.Demi Moore really didn't add anything to this film.I thought she just went through the paces.

Predictable and somewhat boring.Passes the time tho.

Somewhat original and surprisingly devoid of colossal plot holes and the typical loose ends to the story. It actually works, and for a mainsstream hollywood thriller so obviously aimed at a mainsteam consumer audience I say it's pretty damn good

Ideal to see itself acidentalmente in the tv. The story is not bad and it causes some suspense, but I think it's time to emerge something better in the genre. It is too common.
