Asides from the confusing title (it makes sense once you watch it), it is a nice, emotional drama. Naomi Watts is good and Andrew Lincoln does a decent Australian accent but the MVP goes to the magpie. Won't leave much of an impression but it is worth a watch.
Poor Naomi Watts. This is the second movie I've seen with her, in which she has a bad vacation, and incidentally also the second movie, where she comes off as a middle class white person wallowing in self-pity. You need to seek out better directors, Naomi love.
Naomi Watts'dan aile draması. Gittiği tatilde, kaza sonucu yüksekten düşünce, belden aşağısını kullanamayan annemiz, 3 çocuğu ile çaresiz kalır. Yaralı olan saksağan, annemize moral kazanacaktır. Sabah sineması için güzel. Gereksiz dramatik olsa da, abartıdan kaçınıp izlenebilir. Kuş, Naomi Watts'dan daha iyi oynuyor. Filmin sonunda, anı yaşa. Düştüysen kalk gel kendine. Daha iyisi yok var farkına. Düş kırıkların olduysa bile. Sen makinasın makina
Watts puts in one of the best performances of the year so far. Lincoln can't really handle the material he's given. Very emotional movie, but having a relationship between an animal and a human is pretty much a recipe for success. Directing is uneven; some great parts but then a lot of it is subdued, sometimes to its detriment. A little bit too flawed in order to be "great" but it is very good.
