Surprisingly a good movie and kept my attention throughout. At first I thought the film would turn sour, but as soon as Timberlake and Kunis started their sexual relationship the story made more sense.

The scenes where George Melies shows the history of the cinema I teared up. This was an extremely phenomenal scene to watch and changed my outlook on the rest of the movie. At times the movie dragged on and the performances felt contrived, but overall this was an enjoyable movie. If I were 10 years old, this would be my favorite movie of the year.

The Man Who Loved Women (1977) - Rated 28 Feb 2012
By far my favorite Truffaut film yet. Betrand is a man of few needs. To satisfy him one should supply a bed, a typewriter and a woman. This man has always been in love with the shape, texture and look of a woman. He fantasizes about the perfect woman, but in doing so loses touch with what love is.

The 400 Blows (1959) - Rated 28 Feb 2012
Fantastic use of camera work. A great portrayal of a boy who has lost touch with the world and with his parents. All he wants is to rebel. Truffaut has such a strong sense of his characters and their goals, fears and desires. The scene where Antoine reveals personal information about his life back home and why he has decided to be the kind of boy that he is reminds me of myself when I was younger. That scene is by far the best. Overall, a great movie!
