The city view in the first half was one of the best special effect on the story. The white knight was good and funny, but the choise of lead was mistake. If she could act in close-ups, the rest was pure pain to watch. There's some good scenes here and there, but for example the entire latter half was a big disappointment.

Isolated moments where it was really captivating, but did not hang together. Pacing was awful. Couldn't finish.

Has moments of brilliance sprinkled among a massive array of mediocrity and absurdity. Yes, this is Wonderland but even so this just becomes so childishly ludicrous in terms of plotting it impossible to really be seriously captivated by it on any level. Also Tim Curry is criminally underused. One scene? Seriously?

great reimagining of the original story, with good acting, and a fantastic plot. it has one of the most heart warming endings. this is simply a must see mini-series and should be watched by everyone.
