Great television series. Ability to see new parts of the worlds, with a humorous guy. Good for travelers that have a sense of humor.

I love this show, I love the Gervais podcasts, I love Karl. See also "The Moaning of Life," it's the same show with a different name.

It's got some funny moments, but I don't feel that compelled to watch the third season. I love Karl Pilkington probably more than most people on Earth, but what's great about him isn't when he gets annoyed, but it's his simplified, yet refreshing philosophies on life (which we see more of in the more relaxed Moaning of Life). Sometimes, watching this show really is masochistic if you're gonna empathise with him -- I guess going on vacation can be really shitty sometimes.

If you like listening to Gervais cackle like a loon this is right up your alley. There is something charming about a moron who is just unhappy with everything not part of his normal day to day.
