Simply put, Bluey is proof of humanity’s worth. In 9 minutes, it’s often a deft encapsulation of the importance of play. It’s an encouragement to parents everywhere without ever patronizing or passing judgement. It’s invaluable for all ages.

‘Bluey’ may be Australia’s greatest contribution to Western Civilisation. This is said after an embarrassingly heavy Ashes defeat so I may be being a touch harsh… no on second thought a completely fair statement. My kids and the missus go crazy for this. I personally use it as a way to feel a connection with family in Darwin without having to speak with the fucking idiots.

This show is *not* just for preschoolers and young kids. It's written with a dual audience in mind, and there's plenty for adults to absorb while never talking down to anyone. Of works in the last five years, this is my highest recommended one.

One of the greatest shows of all time! I’m an old man and I’d watch Bluey even without kids.

If you are a new parent, rely on this and not Cocomelon.

OK, so this is better than I ever thought a kids' show circa the 2020s could be. Funny, playful, smart, and occasionally profound. Having the main family be a functional and loving nuclear family feels revolutionary in this day and age.
