Delving into coalition politics and the tabloid press, Borgen is nevertheless optimistic. Everything comes together for Nyborg and her agenda regardless of the challenge, and she manages to hold her head above the mire. Still, whereas other political dramas get stuck in the archetypal Cincinnatus/Caligula cycle, this is more compromising. It is an idealized telling of reaching across the aisle, as close as one can get without being lost to cynicism. Essentially a much, much superior West Wing.

Having less Kasper Juul on Season 3 was not a great idea.

Decipherable Politics with more simulation than in others

Its not a political drama, but a series on women empowerment. I could anticipate the actions of the characters so easily, no intrigue at all

İnsanın özünün çirkin olduğunu; yalan dolan, hile hurda gibi şeylerin über medeni ülkelerde de bolca olduğunu anlatır.(elbette çirkinliğin de bir sınırı var bizdekiyle kıyaslanmamalı.Ara ara 'iyi lan bunlarda pis' dedirtiyor.) Ayrıca başrol ablamız Sidse Babett çok temiz bir oyunculuk sergiliyor. Başarılı.
