Greg Davies: You Magnificent Beast

No-one can be as self-degrading as a Brit, which is a form of delightful bystander train wreck observance sport. There was a segment I really had to stop to think about but the rest was maybe a bit too much an exercise in self-indulgence that might mostly amuse Davies himself more than his audience.

Up to this point, I had only seen Davies in some Graham Norton show clips. He surprised me with his self-deprecating, inventive use of the stand up platform. I will seek out his other specials.

The title don't lie, Greg Davies truly is a magnificent beast

Likeable with some genuine laughs.
