This is an odd show. I thought the first season was fun, but the second season basically took the same cast and rebooted to a completely different idea entirely, which unfortunately wasn't as interesting and of course didn't fit the title in any sense. Still a fun cast, but I hope if they do a third season they come up with a more interesting idea. EDIT: Third season was a lot better imo.

Miracle Workers gets by on its quirky concept and surprisingly high-profile cast. While no one is really stretching their acting muscles, there is a good comedic balance between Buscemi being despondent, Radcliffe being neurotic, and Soni and Viswanathan bring some much needed energy. Partly cringeworthy, partly cute, the show feels different from other network sitcoms, and that's good.

I may have to re-rate after more seasons. Season 1 was amiable. Love the cast. But the writing just wasn't sharp enough. Jokes aroused slight smiles, no more than that. I wasn't particularly moved. Nothing particularly bothered me, except that it kept feeling like first draft material.

Entertaining and serviceability funny - but a far cry from laugh out loud hilarious. I loved the 2nd season premise but hated the offensively unfunny & pandering episodes about tolerance and social politics. They were as subtly fed as you’d expect from an episode of Sesame Street. Left doesn’t need that kind of ideology in their shows and right won’t even watch such shows, so the politics were COMPLETELY misplaced. Best episode by far was in S3 with the snake oil. Unexpected and brilliant.

Serie antologica originale e decisamente NON politically correct. La prima stagione resta la più visionaria, ma la seconda e la terza si sono mantenute su un buon livello. Nell' ultima invece ottimo mix di apocalittico e surreale, ma non c'è stata una trama orizzontale fino agli ultimi 3 episodi e il coinvolgimento ne ha risentito. In generale a questa serie è mancato quel guizzo che la rendesse geniale, resta un buon prodotto e nulla di più.
