Whatever, Hicks fanboys. This special is hilarious. The song "A**hole" alone makes it a classic.

People tend to hate Leary because his routines and persona are so similar to Bill Hicks, but at least Leary was kind enough to actually make jokes.

It's lost some of its edge but I enjoy this stand up of macho man smoking drinking bullshit.

Both the opening and ending were very good. It had it moments but overall I'm a little disappointed.

I used to really love Dennis Leary as a teen, until I discovered that most of his material was recycled from Bill Hicks' act. Leary is a bluster of kinetic energy on stage, but his stuff isn't very original....his goofy ranting was just more palatable to middle America than Hicks' genuine anger.

Seemed funnier back then, slightly right-wing Hicks knock-off, course now we've got Jeremy Clarkson with an even worse Leary imitation.

Fuck Denis Leary for stealing Bill Hicks' life.

It was funny when I was 16, not so anymore. Hicks (and a lot of others) does the same material with a lot more finesse.
