I'm not sure why this couldn't have been trimmed down to movie length, but it is a fun nostalgia trip, likeable, stylish, and well paced.

Fun and stylish documentary which paints a weirdly wholesome story despite the blatant corruption we see from Pepsi. The story mainly focuses on the balls these guys had to even challenge Pepsi to begin with and the friendship that came along with that, but because of this it never discusses or questions the legal validity of Pepsi's victory and instead just assumes (with a degree of validity, admittedly) that it can be summed up as Pepsi just being corrupt. He still deserved that jet though!

This doc is way too long for the story they are telling. This thing could have been told in under two hours, but Netflix is going to Netflix and make everything at least twice as long as it needs to be

Entertaining enough, but tries a bit too hard to make the story, about a guy who didn’t know how to quit while he was ahead, seem more interesting than it really is. Yes, John Leonard is a likeable “regular dude” and Todd Hoffman has a very engaging personality, but the greatest interviewee on offer here is undoubtedly Michael Patti.

As usual for these multi-part doc series, too bloated and too long...the story could have been better told in one-third the time. Start by cutting virtually all the cheesy reenactments. And all the jumpy editing gets real irritating real fast. Still, it's entertaining enough. Worth watching if for no other reason than for a window into the force of nature that is Todd Hoffman.

Fun nostalgia trip with likeable intervieews. But as the story has no true satisfying conclusion, a bit redundant.

Occasionally amusing and informative, but empathizing with the hollow pursuits of someone pining for his own personal fighter jet is too much of an ask. It doesn't help that much more severe cases of corporate misconduct are brought up and compared to this venture. Third degree burns and actual loss of life are not comparable to someone not receiving a fugazi prize. There are also a lot of padding, cheesy reenactments and overall tangents.
