Classic, but I think (like most of the classic KidsWB cartoons) it's kind of dated!

perfect children's show, and the most prominent way I was exposed to Bill Clinton as a kid

Amusing kids show (though as a kid you don't get some of the humor) with memorable theme song.

Immensely entertaining and probably the best thing to come out of the Animaniacs (which is saying something).

Rivaled only by Animaniacs as a show that was both hilarious to me as a kid, and still really funny. The premise doesn't promise much, but they manage to make the evil genius with foolish sidekick trope work really well.

It's pretty damn formulaic, but at the very least they took their premise and were very inventive in how they ran with this formula. I thought Brain's failures were more funny when the failure was entirely his fault instead of Pinky's, such as when he tried to make everyone follow him by making them more intelligent{which simultaneously failed and succeeded tremendously}. I think when you watch the show when you're older it becomes a lot more enjoyable.
