A team of Navy commandos and a band of international terrorists are shipwrecked on a remote island where the threat of ravenous prehistoric creatures forces the two groups to work together. An island of raptors is promised, and an island of raptors is delivered - ish. They're not really raptors, they are mutant reptiles thanks to radiation from some sort of material from a plane crash 40 years earlier. The bad cgi animation makes the raptors appear to be indestructible until they just suddenly collapse dead, they also appeared to have developed a rudimentary iconographic language if their underground cave dwelling is accurate, how did they write with their stubby arms !?
