It's a cheap, late 90's, made-for-TV remake of a Hitchcock classic; staring Daryl Hannah without an eyepatch, and Christopher Reeve not in a Superman outfit! How good do you think it is?

Best part is when Christopher Reeve fucking E-MAILS the guy he's been watching.

If confined to a wheelchair and spying on my neighbors, never, ever turn the desk lamp on next to you. It acts like a spotlight for everyone around you. That's just good sense and thank you movie for teaching me that valuable lesson. See, there is a moral here.

This TV movie was never going to live up to the original Hitchcock film, and I appreciated the attempts to modernize the plot with cutting edge late 90s technology, but it only works some of the time. The tone of the whole thing is off, and it spends an absurdly long part of its short running time before anything actually happens.

Mediocre TV movie remake, but I really wanted to see it to pay tribute to Christopher Reeve. Very impressive that he played the role after his injury and was in reality trapped in his wheelchair, like the main character in the story.

it is the same story as the original one, but different enough to be called a "new" movie. i think, this is one of the best remakes of a great movie.

Not nearly as good as the original, however I was impressed with Christopher Reeve in this and how they managed to use his paralysis to the story's advantage.
