This film is a lot of fun. It's an almost exact rip off of Jaws and that's ok. That doesn't mean that there isn't fun to be had. We don't get to see the monster that much, which is a shame, but the characters are pretty well done and we care about them.

Considering it's a made for tv movie it's pretty good, that and there are sexy 70's snowsuits. Ha ha, I know, sexy snowsuits.

I hope you like skiing because that's half of this movies visuals, the other half are boring people making drama about the fact their entire lives revolve around skiing. Oh, and there are few seconds of an angry fucking bigfoot terrorizing the skiing community (that has undoubtedly gone through some kind of joined lobotomy). It's made for TV so I can't give lower score but holyshit that was bad. Nice location though and one or two hilarious bits for the zen-masters who manage to stay awake.

At least watching paint dry or grass grow yields some kind of positive benefit. I just sat alone in my apartment at 2 in the morning watching a yeti movie when I could've done literally anything else. This is a dark day.

Bo arrives, sympathizes with the monster, then decides to hunt it down anyways. I'm amazed no one has remade this movie, it's pretty decent for a TV movie from the 70s that heavily rips off Jaws.

It's the abominable snowman like you've never seen him before: off screen. Alternate titles include "Skiing Through Terror", "Attack of the Invisible Snowbeast" and "Why the Hell aren't you Watching The Thing?"
