I’ve pinpointed what irks me about a lot of Disney Plus series, far more frequently than shows on Netflix / Hulu / Amazon / HBO etc. It’s that so many of them - this, Obi-wan Kenobi, most of the MCU shows, the Mighty Ducks thing - I find myself watching going “Why is this a TV show? Why isn’t this a movie?” There’s no way the story this series is planning to tell over 3 hours in 6 parts couldn’t be told as well (or better) in 100 minutes and 1 part. Hopefully I don’t feel this way about Willow!

how is elizabeth mitchell in her prime. some cool lore, family powers stuff. season 2 i paid attention less but still appreciate it.

I like the Santa Clause movies, and I generally like Tim Allen shows (although I don't care for his political commentary IRL) so I figured I should watch this. It's very obviously much lower quality of a production than the movies (you can see Santa's beard falling off in some scenes). That being said, there's still some Tim Allen entertainment in here. I just think the story and production quality is much weaker than it should be.

Awful really. Terrible performances, cheap production, horrible writing and an story that should be a 80 minute film dragged kicking and screaming over 3 hours. Hopefully an end to Tim’s Santa cosplaying.

Show was OK but the ending was awful.
