Some fantastic episodes in the first three seasons, seasons 4 & 5 were good but not great. Too much mythos/world building instead of non sequitur adventures, and Sergeant Hatred was a terrible choice to build up as a major character. Thankfully seasons 6 & 7 improved things with shifting the whole setting to New York, although it's still not at the level of the earliest seasons. Best eps: I Know Why the Caged Bird Kills, The Doctor Is Sin, Now Museum - Now You Don't, and It Happening One Night.

If all show runners took the same amount of time to make a season of a show as Doc Hammer and Jackson Publick, the quality of TV shows would rise dramatically... there would also be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay less TV. God damn it, make your show faster dudes.

I can't give it anything lower than 100, because at this point The Venture Bros. is ingrained into who I am. That'll happen when something's part of your life for OVER A FUCKING DECADE AND WE'RE ONLY ON SEASON SIX GOD DAMMIT

Probably the best show to ever come out of Adult Swim

An absurdist masterpiece that explores the funny, sad and pathetic inner lives of comic book and junk science fiction characters.

Definitely insightful satire on psychology for Hanna Barbera-ish superhero stuff.

As of S1E07. "On Hold"

What starts as a simple Johnny Quest parody evolves into a twisted tangle of failure and success, centered on a bunch of adult losers trying to get by while being thrust into absurd and hilarious situations. Genuinely one of the best written shows ever, with an insane constancy rate. Entertainment quality meanwhile can vary some from episode to episode, with early seasons being stronger, but it never truly disappoints. Probably the best of Adult Swim's many offerings. Go Team Venture!

Often times it is very very funny. There are occasional stinkers though so that drags it down a bit.
