I'm so glad that the idea of an entire generation of young people buying in to a toxic and destructive political ideology isn't something we have to worry about these days.

Hedva forever!

Yes, it's dated and a bit cheesy, but don't forget the intended audience was kids--it's an ABC Afterschool Special. And its message is more relevant now than at any time since... well, finish that sentence for yourself.

It was a good adaption of the book, but movie too dated if you watch it now and feels less relevant (which is far from what it should be) a better read.

Cheesy, but an interesting watch.

I didn't even like the premise that much. Durrrr lets make a bunch of kids Nutzi's ta show them wut itz liek cuz dere to stupad ta no hwo factism woorks. Add in boring characters and shitty execution as well as bad acting and you have a shitty, pretentious movie. Though it does get points for its accuracy to its shitty novel counterpart.

Surprisingly good little television production that beautifully illustrates that fascism works

Good adaptation of the book. As other mentioned as well, a new version might be needed in order to meet today's altered times. In Germany, a new version of it has already been made where new events of today are interlaced as well.
