Pretty bad combat, too many items, not new enough for those who already played Fallout new Vegas. Dropped it after the first planet

Oh my god this was such a game-changer for me. I spent SO much time just dicking around throwing stuff and messing with the physics engine before I even started the story properly, and then it blew my mind over and over.

It's all about the atmosphere and how to tell a set of simple stories in a great way. This was a great experience.

OMOCAT's style and presentation create a wonderful atmosphere. The writing is solid but is not weighty enough for its "punch" to hit hard. It still hits, though, and the game is absolutely worth playing through.

Barely anything to it in terms of gameplay, but it has some spectacle, and it was nice to immerse myself for a bit in the starting sections.

Ironically, this misses the brokenness of Red/Blue, which adds a layer to those games which this misses. It also forces you to take a horrible Pokemon into the first gym so the difficulty curve is very steep.

The people who say this isn't much of a game are right, but it's also a pretty inspired whatever it is. Still, not my thing.

The combat SUCKS and there's too much to do and I just sit there staring at the map overwhelmed till I turn the game off while telling people "yeah it's good"

Describe this game to someone and you'll get placed on some sort of registry so fast. "You see you're a naked 8 year old who shoots his tears at poop and vagina monsters and ... hello Officer
