Sloppy directing bogs this down but the arcade fight and the racing scenes are great.

Great performance by Chan. The action was amazing, even though the physicality got a little butchered by the camera work and editing. And even though the movie overdoes a little with the gear changes, I loved it. :D This film also contains the most irritating cut to a montage I have ever encountererd. :D And too bad that german guy can't act, but...who cares. :D Those fast-fowarded bits during the race were really uncessary, though. But who cares, I love it. :>

GREAT race scenes.

Racing movies can get boring, but they do a good job of making almost every driving scene action-filled with a car exploding here and there (racecars aren't that fragile, right?). The villain's motivations are ridiculous but at least he's capable and scary. Jackie Chan never has any chemistry with female leads, but Yuen is written like a fawning idiot. Miss Kenya is a white Japanese lady from the US? Fav scenes: fight in the garage with Chan sweeping the leg; Nickel trashing home; arcade fight.

Rather than cut out Jackie Chan throwing ridiculous hissy fits throughout the movie, they decided to speed up the film throughout the whole thing.

Good action and great stunts but unfortunately like all of Jackie's later HK films nothing else. Nevertheless entertaining for its full duration

Not bad a nice one with some cool action scenes...

It's all over the place, but wonderfully so.
