God DAMN, does this show have some fucking sick-ass fights, beyond-the-pale ultraviolence, good old comic booky heroes-and-villains cops-n-robbers stories, and copious female nudity. There's nothing deep or profound about it, but I enjoy the hell of every gloriously stupid second. Didn't enjoy season 3 quite as much as seasons 1 and 2.

As another reviewer said, this is just pulpy crime shit. At points, it is easy to let the show's rush of pure adrenaline take grip of you and help you to forget its glaring issues. Unfortunately, these moments are few and far in between. While we are presented with a host of interesting characters, the show often has logical fallacies, poorly rendered female characters, and an innumerable amount of plot convenience just to keep the story rolling. The action in this show is superb, and that's it.

A hyper-violent, pulpy masterpiece—where ”ex-con sheriff” Lucas Hood brawls, fucks, and shoots his way through Amish gangsters and UFC-tier fights. The ”You look like you’ve seen a ghost” reveal? Chef’s kiss.

Batshit crazy series lmao, it's enjoyable af tho.

First, second, and fourth seasons are excellent. The third season loses momentum, but if you hang in there, the last one makes it all worth it.

This is an amazing TV action show. One of the bests. I highly recommend it for those who are looking for quality.

I’ll never not be amazed how a former Sex-channel apparently by accident created 4 or 5 extremely good shows. This is the best dumb nudity-and-Gore show written, cast, shot and directed by completely overqualified people I’ve ever seen.

An action-packed sex-filled entertaining series with memorable characters, set in a not-so-common location (a rural town harboring an Amish community & a Native American reservation). They try out different things with the action direction/editing even if there's some repetitiveness, early 2000s video-clip aesthetics and dodgy CGI. The series really falls short with its numerous completely unbelievable things: plot points (including premise), the main characters' behavior and their "diehardness"

Review based on the first two seasons. It just didn't work for me. Every time I got hooked by an episode the next one completely destroyed it. It is not bad, but it just has too many inconsistencies and other inconvenient issues.

Action is good, but story line after the first season is just rubbish and far fetched.

It's one of the most absurd shows ever made. The action is over the top and unbelievable most of the time, Antony Starr's acting is basically looking like he's about to cry constantly, and it features a story that is so weird and strange that it becomes almost like a soap opera. And that's why I love it. It embraces what it is and does it really well. Kai is one of the most menacing and interesting villains and it doesn't get much better to look at then Lili Simmons. Fun but don't think about it

Completely ridiculous, comic-booky crime pulp. Tries to make up for a lack of good writing with lots of savage fistfights, but it doesn't really work.
