The first half is not the best Carlin, but the second half he really picks it up and makes it memorable. His list of people who should dies takes insanely long and is masterful. I've been trying my hand at stand up recently and I admire his ability to essentially get all this material and put it into one cohesive long joke that is funny from start to finish. He truly is great.

An amusing set, highlighted by an excellent commentary on the ten commandments, which manages to both celebrate the positive aspects and tear down the religious hypocrisy of them. The rest seems a little fumbled and uncertain at times, likely due to its recording in the immediate aftermath of 9/11 (Carlin even highlights how it changed the mood and tone). Still some good and subversive stuff here.

Not his best, since there's some boring stuff in the middle. The rest is the usual Carlin goodness.

carlin's got a few great jokes and some not so hot ones, i really do enjoy his sense of humor, though. if it were cut down to about ten minutes you'd get the cream of it, the rest can be thrown away.

Carlin's bit on the Ten Commandments is brilliant.
