Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn

Yeah, this was really dull and uninspiring, but at least it helped prepare me for the dissapointment that was Halo 4.

Actually pretty intense. Not that it's hard, but it's a better story than the actual Halo 4.

I don't really give two shits about Halo and in hindsight have no idea why I wanted to see this anyway (though drugs might have been involved) but it's sorta decent considering it's really just a glorified fan-fic with at times some really decent CGI. Too bad it contains 45 minutes of material that's just like the basic training stuff in Starship Troopers, just without the satire, boobs, bugs and blood. ...Wait, so it's not like Starship Troopers at all. I'm an idiot.

I saw From Here to Eternity too.

Not bad For geeks: probably fantastic

This is simultaneously far better than it should be and still bad. It's basically a long advertisement/prequel for a side character in a video game (which actually has better development in said game) so it is well-produced but the writing is as stale as it possibly can be. If you are a fan of Halo it is probably worth a watch but not worth it otherwise. But than again, I doubt anyone who isn't already a fan of the series would care one bit.

I'm not a fan of Halo, but this thing made my joy hormones rush_ the scenary, the music, theme and rhythm. Unlike ever, the story didn't matter to me that much.
