Jean-Claude Van Johnson

Alas, after a great pilot, the show went downhill, and was cancelled by Amazon in the end. Which is a shame, as they are still running vileness such as 'Casual' for example ugh! Anyway, JCVD is superb in a ridiculous kind of way, and kudos to him for having the courage to joke about himself and his career, giving a very needed example to other actors who have become a parody of themselves by taking themselves way too seriously (ahem who said Steven Seagal?).

Both a piss-take on and a tribute to Mr. Van Varenberg. Nostalgic, entertaining and very funny.

Everything with Jean-Claude in it was great, everything else not so much. The story is dumb but it seems to be done on purpose so that gets a pass, but the acting isn't good no matter how you look at it, and the direction was lacking.

I thought it was a pretty funny show, making fun of some of the stuff JCVD is known for, while also having interesting enough story of its own. Some actual decent action in there too. Would have liked more, but it's not a big deal it was canceled.

Initially amusing, but six episodes is too much for the content.
