A visible improvement over 2016's "Freedumb", "This Is Me Now" gets its title from a joke on vomiting and shitting, and, simply put, I'm glad this is him now. Of course, sociopolitical bits are one of his strengths and there's several really well-written ones to be found herein, the overall verdict being that Jefferies manages to get through a very funny, thematically varied 1-hour-plus gig without making many quality dips and with a confident delivery that makes the show all the more enjoyable.

I just love his stuff. This is probably his best since I Swear to God. Only real nit is that the final bit peters out at the end.
