Blade Runner Blackout 2022

15 minutes and there's more shootouts, brawls and explosions than the original ever had. Perhaps blade runner wasn't about kung fu robots after all?

Good looking and inoffensive but rather needless pre-sequel.

Well animated tedium.

Feels like a below average entry in The Animatrix.

Managed to have more story in 15 minutes than the original Blade Runner had in 3 hours.

Like most people seemed to see, 2022 wasn't bad, it just wasn't interesting. That being said, there's some awfully great animation, and it seems like it will be a good setup for 2049 (next on my to watch list).

Dope af. Both in animation, premise, soundtrack, and saguka animation. I can not believe a full show is being commissioned. I feel blessed. We need more good sci-fi anime.

good looking but unsubstantial. the switches between traditional 2D animation and 2.5/3D textures is interesting, and might form the groundwork for an interesting feature. as is, this is nothing more than fanservice for fans of Blade Runner and Cowboy Bebop. not that there's anything wrong with that!

Great animation, successfully aping Blade Runner's atmosphere. Very little story of interest though.

Some cool animation. Voice acting sucks.

Bad dialogue, worse voice-acting. Looks OK.
