Among the most egregious examples of the latter would surely be counted those episodes on which the eponymous host has allowed a psychic to appear and offer explanations of other people's problems. I think it's telling that Dr.Phil is most known for telling people to lose weight, which being a show about therapy, is pretty laughable. There is rarely, if ever, anything insightful or useful that comes from Phil yet he likes to frame every scenario like he's a genius with all the answers to everything while mental patients should kneel beneath his righteous "Common sense." Not to mention he uses his influence to exploit others into obvious scams. What an unlikable piece of shit.
