Rowan Atkinson is a master of physical, scatological, and intellectual humor, a combination virtually unknown in the world today, and this special might be the single best representation of his skills. Comedy brilliance.

Tremendous range and it's not hard to see Blackadder and Mr. Bean in his bits. Taking attendance in hell was particularly good.

Rowan Atkinson is hilarious. Some bits are far better than others, but this is all still very, very funny.

Hit and miss like a lot of Atkinson's material, but parts of this live performance are screamingly funny. Having only seen Mr Bean before this, it was a revelation to hear Atkinson speak for the first time...and it led me to the greatness that is Blackadder.

I watched this out of curiosity more than anything else. I have never been a big Atkinson fan, but loved Blackadder, and was curious to see a show by Atkinson when he was effectively at his peak. It is amusing, occasionally laugh out loud funny, but it's hardly brilliant. Atkinson is a master of physical comedy, but it doesn't appeal to me, and I find this all too repetative & predictable. It was interesting to see a young(ish) Angus Deayton in action though. Technically great, but bland.
