Unremarkable yet innocuous show about toddlers that somehow became a '90s pop culture juggernaut. Those were strange days.

I remember hating Angelica with a fiery passion. I also remember an episode where she fell between the legs of a stair master and broke her spine. I don't think that actually happened, but I choose to believe it anyway.

Basing my review on the interpretation of a 5-yo me watching this 30 years ago. Rugrats was a dry dramedy in the ilk of Peanuts or similar comic strip based syndications from the 50’s and 60’s era. Not explicitly made for kids but done so safe that they were kid friendly while adults could have a chuckle or two at some of the mundane jabs at middle class family life.

This is a cartoon for kids. I don't like this.

The title likens babies to filthy vermin scurrying around on a rug. Hilarious, right? Well bad news, cause there's no baby razzing on the show. Just another one of those bait and switch deals.

good series

pretty good for a while but went downhill fast

rvw. tales from the crib maybe 67. score low cuz so many meh episodes and even seasons they mostly approached poorly. and it's weird cuz the last 2 seasons had a lot of good direction. rewatch would raise the score. but i'll also speed up or skip the lesser episodes. and if you just rate off my nuff beloved episodes its a 80-90 show probably. before i rated it 100 cuz it's one of my fav lifetime shows. i bet i was 2-4 when i started lol and it's been in my life consistently since soAGUmontage:'(

While the unique take of babies looking at the adult world provided an occasional good laugh, there wasn't enough appeal to keep me watching this show.

Mostly charming kids animation.

This show was cool until DILL CAME ALONG AND FUCKED IT ALL UP. Note: A few charming episodes and a cool intro. Catchy music n shit.

Vividly remember being annoyed by the slow pace of the show and the stupidity of everyone in it, both of which amplified each other. Did I like being a kid? I'm not sure ;|.
