This Is Us

It is genuinely rather well-written and well-acted, with authentic emotion and moving storylines at points, though it feels VERY "First World Problems: The Show" (seriously, the show seems to go out of its way to make sure we constantly know all these people are super wealthy). Nitpicks aside, I'll keep watching into season 2.

I can't see myself warming to these characters, and it's a whopping 18 eps per season, so I better pull the plug early. (3 episodes)

An emotional narrative that spans the lives of three siblings who are connected with the same birth date. A beatuiful drama that deals with real life issues, creates real world situations and leaves us feeling things we never knew a television series could male us feel. Easily the best ensemble cast on television currently. Lead by Mandy Moore, Milo Ventimiglia and Sterling K Brown, This is Us is certainly here to stay and I am emotionally invested for the long haul

Ytadel is on point. It's competetively made but characters are insufferable, keeps on dwelling then dwell about their dwelling. Feels engineered as a result.

I have a feeling rich people don't watch this show. It's nominally a drama but really it's aspirational porn for poor people who get to vicariously imagine what it's like to have no real problems.

Enjoyable thanks to some good actors (looking at Sterling K Brown) but you also have to suffer trhough some bad actors and forced dramatic situations that are laughably bad.

This show is fantastic! The characters feel like real people with real problems

Just an absolutely incredible cast and really well done storytelling. I always look forward to watching this every week.

S1 ended up a 90. S2 ended up like an 80 with some 85-90 stuff. but was mostly 70-75 before. I dont like its confusing release schedule lol lemme check it. I think there's only 2 more coming. 3 75's. S3 first 9 were 85. last 9 were 80 or lower and beth episode was 70. i think this was the season they started overdoing the speeches and often poorly. S4 82+ but felt like best/consistent in a while. still meta jokes and overwriting. but i think we'll get a strong 10. S5 80 nice covid butfeltchanged

I saw every episode with my family. As with "Parenthood", I did like the entertaining hijinks early on of the young stud getting laid. Other than that, it's not really my kind of show.

What the fuck is this garbage. My fuck, I didn't think it could get this bad.
