Disney's best animated TV show ever. Absolute classic. Great theme song, too.

If I tried to dive into a pool of gold coins like Scrooge McDuck...I'd break my god damn neck! Gotta love cartoon physics!

Ducktales has aged pretty well, and the writing and adventures featured are fairly inventive. A lot of shows have copycatted from it.

A classic nostalgic kids cartoon that actually deserves the fond memories. Nice animation, characters, humor, and globetrotting Indiana Jones-style stories. The sort of kids show my own hypothetical future kids could watch without me being annoyed in the slightest.

There is something fun about this that has it stand slightly above other 'toons from the same era.

I think this might be even more horrible for brainwashing kids into worshipping capitalism than any of the toy commerical shows of this time period. Scrooge is one of the worst influences on children I can think of, the constant obsession with money and hoarding natural resources but with little to no repercussions because he's rich. As satire for adults this could be genius but I'm scared for the soul of the generation that grew up watching this as children
