Mission: Improbable

I'm a fan of mockumentaries and I like Ben Stiller well enough. I would even go as far to say as he has been a great comedic actor in a couple films. I generally disagree with people who dislike everything (or most everything) he has done. This is why people hate Ben Stiller. And if this was all I'd ever seen by him I'd probably agree.

Stiller is so much funnier in work like this than his now patented fish out of water awkwardness roles.

Not really that funny. However, there's something to be said for a short in which John Woo has the best line

A decent short with a few laughs.

... At least the loud mess of M:I-2 paved the way for this nice satire. How can you not love the last laughing bit? Great fake clips from Risky Business and Magnolia too.

Notable for being the first hint that Cruise could, if only temporarily, stop taking himself seriously - thus paving the way for his Tropic Thunder cameo.
