Was sold to me as a thriller where every scene starts off feeling real but is always taken 1 step to far. Played totally seriously, but written hilariously. For me a great parody. If you see any critique taking it seriously (and I did see some), they didn't get it.

This could have been brilliant as straight parody 2 hr movie. Instead it falls between a Zucker/Abrams level comedy and an actual attempt at an 8 episode mystery thriller, with each approach often distracting from the other. What is left is certainly watchable and will probably be a cult favourite for a small group of people but with the mystery being so obvious by about 3 episodes in, the best gags are too spread apart to justify the remaining series runtime.

I thought this show was a lot of fun, and really bingeable! There's actually a decent mystery here, but what's really fun about this show is just how absurd everything is. There's a really absurdist style of writing to the show, while everybody is playing everything totally straight that works really well, and of course I love Kristen Bell in everything. Would have loved to see more, but the show works well enough as a single season.

Dizi bazen kendisini ciddiye alıp bazen de absürtleşmeye çalışırken ikisinin arasında kaybolarak saçmalamaya başlıyor.

Well, I was surprised by the end, and it was fun while watching. So, what else can one ask for? Kristen is cute and fun as always. Don't expect much logic and you'll have fun.

From the unnecessarily long title to the repeated jokes that poke fun at the housewife-detective sub-genre, this show is pretty hilarious in a low-key way. The episodes are fairly binge-able and the plot is decent, but the escalation of silliness and implausibility is what make the show work. It's never really subtle (though I knew what I was getting into) but it definitely starts of playing it straighter than it ends. Ultimately it embraces the genre, and made guessing whodunnit fun.

Love that they played it so straight all the way through

Good fun I thought. Played entertainingly straight. It’s no masterpiece and the mystery is very transparent, but those involved are all on form and it worked pretty well.

This one is a bit tough to rate. If you take it for what it is on the surface, then it's utterly trash, but as a campy riff on those garbage "sex & crime" novels that woman buy from the supermarket, it's actually kind of clever. Because this does get ridiculous....and I mean ABSOLUTELY IMPLAUSIBLE ridiculous. You've been warned.

Not sure what to think. It passes the time fairly well. I appreciate the show for being daring, leaving a lot open to the imagination, and leaving it at a mini series. However, I still don't think I really understand the point of the show or what it is trying to accomplish other than make the viewer question every aspect of the story and Anna's perceptions. It's maybe too vague and lazy. I guess it's not a bad series. It's extremely campy, but also not terribly clever or thought out either.

I liked watching it until the final episode

This miniseries had no right being this bad. Unlikable characters interact with eachother in ways that make them all look like sociopaths, until they reveal out of the blue the most unexpected character was the actual sociopath, with no foreshadowing whatsoever. The writing was so bad that even the decent acting couldn't save it, which is sad since I liked the idea of the very unreliable narrator going through this whole story.
