Be Right Back

Thematically similar to HER.

Two great performances and a simple exploration of what new technologies might have to offer, and whether or not those new possibilities are something humans are ready for. In short, the kind of sci-fi that I love most.

The concept was better than the execution.

Didn't really care for this. The script felt very hollow and so did the character(s).

That's more like it.

Jesus, this series is frustrating! Again, it's only captivating in a way which was completely planned out by the producers. Again, there are some good questions asked, but it's just about asking these questions and there is no soul behind it, even though this episode is exactly about soul. Again, it's stylish and well acted but there is no real beauty.

A study of a humanity and how it is possible to recreated. Or is it?

Another great episode in what's quickly becoming my favorite anthology series ever.
