Death to 2020

I think the funniest/saddest/scariest thing about this, is the fact that those clips with quotes from trump were real. That man is like the fucking posterchild for "couldn't make this shit up if I wanted to".

I watched this after first seeing '2021' which wasn't the intended order of course. I enjoyed seeing so many of the 'characters' return or should I say appear for the first time. Kudrow was an added delight and the humour a little darker that it was in 21 so overall this worked a lot better for me. It seemed to dwell too long and too seriously on the George Floyd event which was at odds with the rest of the fast moving satirical approach but overall this was quite good.

I laughed a fair bit, but at the same time, I can't help but think I would have laughed harder if the writing were handled by Brooker exclusively. There are far more duds in the mix than his usual wipes. Too many cooks in the kitchen, this thing had like 19 writers

Watched it one year too late. Some jokes hit, but most don't. Hugh Grant and Kumail Nanjiani are pretty funny, though.
