Interesting storyline carried out very well I genuinely enjoyed this

Scattered King adaptation has an irresistible time travel premise and scenario, and introduces some thought provoking philosophical concepts (especially that the past would "push back" on efforts to be changed), but doesn't develop its ideas beyond the superficial, devoting much of its time to less interesting tangential threads; paring it down to feature length and making the assassination front and centre would have helped. Generally fine performances compensate with Franco a solid anchor.

This a bit ho-hum both in terms of the time travel yarn and the JFK stuff, but the ending was pretty good.

I haven't read the novel, and this mini-series didn't instil any confidence in the concept. There are plenty of exciting moments over the 8 episode run, and the acting is pretty decent to boot. Unfortunately, the series didn't lean heavily enough into the sci-fi concept nor the mystery element, instead choosing to focus on the romance and drama aspects. Overall, it's Americana at its most banal, though the ending ties things up neatly (in the simplest way).

Not a bad take on the King novel. I wish it had gone a little longer and spent more time building up his time in Jodie, I think it would have given a little more emotional impact on the ending. Still, it probably would have been a little slow if they had. A decent watch.

James Franco was great in this show, as was Sarah Gadon. I loved the idea. I'm not sure if I'm totally satisfied with the way it ends, but it's a fascinating series regardless.

A Hulu free trial is recommendable for this mini-series alone. A great concept, lots of intriguing moments, and solid casting/acting all around, with Webber being surprisingly great as Oswald. The ending wasn’t anything special, and I can’t say I was surprised, but it was good enough to not let the rest of the series down. I can safely say this is now one of my favorite series. More King mini-series please.

A more than serviceable adaptation of one of the more interesting King novels. James Franco taking the lead here makes for some subdued but powerful moments played out through one of the more interesting premises I remember seeing recently. I love these well-made King adaptations, please keep them coming.

Nice little sci-fi tale that will mostly satisfy those looking for both human drama and time travel fun. Like Lost, it has sort of a "Ok, then what was the point...?" ending, but that is a LOT more tolerable after 8 episodes than 121.

Franco delivers another uninspired performance and what started off with the first episode as intriguing has transformed into boring after only a couple more. (3 episodes)

I haven't read the book, but something about the awkward writing tells me that the source material is stronger than the adaptation. Still, this is an enjoyable miniseries that compares favourably with most TV SF.

Gerek konusu gerek oyuncuları olsun her şeyiyle tam oturmuş bir dizi çok kısa olmasına rağmen bitirdikten sonra bile onu aradım 100 vermiyorum çünkü keşke biraz daha uzun olsaydı

A perfect time-bending thriller—where James Franco’s haunted Lee Oswald hunt blends heartbreak (that diner montage!) and Hitchcockian tension. The ”past pushes back” twists? Chilling. The finale? A masterclass in tragic romance

Huge letdown. I was interested to see how it ended enough to keep going through several unfocused, unrealistic, plot-hole riddled episodes involving nothing but incredibly stupid people. The first 3 episodes are promising. The next 4 are awful. The last episode is okay, but is exactly what I assumed. James Franco's mouth is a well of saliva.

Not as good as the book, but decent. I wish they would have adapted more of it, and made it into a 2-3 season ordeal. The ending annoys me. The acting is great.

Franco's acting had me skeptical at times since we are used to him in comedy, but then he reels you back in. The savior was Daniel Webber for his amazing portrayal of Lee Harvey Oswald. And even though we kind of know the story, King keeps us interested with the time travel aspect and how it impacts relationships and people. I just wish it wasn't called 11.22.63 since they could have used the underlying concept for a lot more than a JFK plot.

I dont' like King. I find him very simplified and predicted. Unfortunately this adaptation is the same. Great cinematography but the pace is too sloooow for my taste. The first and final episodes where great but everything else in the middle was just watchable. I had to watch them in 2x speedup settings! And even in 2x settings some "useless" scenes (ex, Bill caress Marina's face) took forever to complete!!!

I'll just come out and say it...I'm a sucker for Stephen King tv mini-series! From The Stand, to It, The Langoliers and Rose Red, I'll watch em all. I'm not a conspiracy person in the least and have no real interest in the JFK assassination, but this mini-series captured my interest throughout the eight episodes. I also really liked that it went off into different directions and didn't focus the entire story on preventing JFK's assassination.

The last half of the mini-series is overall stronger than the first half, though good moments are interspersed throughout. If you're familiar with the book, a couple of the additions made to the story will be fairly distracting, but it closes strong (much like the book) and carries with it a real emotional resonance that is so often lacking from Stephen King adaptations. Also the acting is superb across the board.

A good adaptation of King's excellent novel. It's condensed, simplified, and changed here and there, but I think it works overall. If you liked this, you'll love the book.
